Definitely worth money and plan to return in future.

The apartment is perfectly located near the beach — everything you might need is within a short walk. It’s nicely furnished and has all the amenities and equipment for a great beach holiday (the bed and pillows are excellent!). I enjoyed it so much that we even extended our stay for a few more days.

I couldn't say this is a bad thing or disadvantage, but parking is located a bit far from the apartment and it took some time for me to figure out how to enter parking. But

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was exactly as described and the photos were recent. It was a lovely modern apartment with all the required amenities to allow you to go out or stay in if required. The addition of the Nespresso machine was greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, I wasn't expecting cleaning service twice a week so this was another bonus. Lovely view from the apartment, nice quiet area but with lots of amenities near by. Having a tram stop a 5 minute walk away was also great for travel. The hosts were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The rooftop terrace over looking the ocean was a lovely place to spend a few hours each day. I also felt the price offered excellent value for money, especially during peak season. The fantastic app with an overview of the apartment and surrounding areas was fab.

fuss free, comfortable, and well serviced apartment in a great location.

Great location and very attentive liaison who was happy to advise and assist even outside of statement customer service hours. Easy access with code - so no need for key. the packs left with toiletries were very much appreciated. We were also left washing machine tablets which were very handy. The little snacks and drnks on arrival were also very much appreciated - simple but much needed after a long day of travel

as a tall guy the bed was a little difficult, perhaps a new or firmer mattress would have been preferable for me, but maybe thats just a matter of taste. We did run out of toilet paper, which wasn't replaced during the midweek clean, but we made do. Other than that, it met every expectation and the facilities were contemporary and of quality, close by to the train stop, the beach and some lovely bars.

Can’t recommend it enough, fabulous place.

On arrival they had left a basket of snacks, drinks in the fridge and toiletries for our stay. Lovely way to start our break and they were much appreciated! Nothing was too much trouble. If I asked a question they got back to me immediately. The apartment was absolutely lovely, fabulous location.

Tout. Le studio très bien équipé. Bravo à l’architecte d’intérieur, dans un minimum de place tout y est, quel cachet dans la muraille de l’ancienne ville. Conçu pour 4 personnes, je l'ai occupé seule 👍👍. Un régal.

De accommodatie lag midden in de oude stad. Het was een modern appartement en erg schoon. Ook stond er een welkomst pakketje klaar met een drankje, appels enz.

Nydelig, stilrent og topp moderne hotell med alt man kan ønske seg i hjertet av vakre Villajoyosa!

Perfekt beliggenhet, nært «alt», rent og praktisk. Ikke minst veldig fin design på rommet, noe man setter ekstra pris på som interiørdesigner.

Kun en ting var negativt. Jeg reiste med min voksne datter og vi ville derfor ha en seng hver. Sovesofaen i oppholdsrommet var lite komfortabel å sove på. Veldig hard madrass, så der burde det vært tilgjengelig en overmadrass for å gjøre den mykere og mer komfortabel.

Ein modernes, schönes Appartment in einem renovierten Haus in der Altstadt. Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist bestens und sehr zentral und ruhig. ( 3 min zum Strand). Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Abwicklung für Zimmercode und Parkgarage sehr einfach mit Videos. Wir würden wieder Pau Suites buchen.

Excelente apartamento

Imposible quedarnos con una sola cosa. El apartamento tiene de todo, la cama comodísima, muy bien climatizado y con unas vistas muy bonitas. La ubicación es perfecta, estás a 2 min de todo y muy silencioso. Pero lo que más nos encantó fueron los detalles de bienvenida y lo bien que se portaron con nosotros. Repetiremos seguro.

Ci siamo trovati da dio e piacevolmente sorpresi... Struttura nuova ben curata super pulita funzionale silenziosa (compreso la stradina) moderna... Davvero impeccabile... e anche il personale se scrivi risponde abbastanza velocemente ed è cordiale e disponibile... idem per l'appartamento non manca nulla funzionale super pulito anche il letto e cuscini ottimi si dorme bene... Posizione perfetta 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla spiaggia e dai supermercati della zona... Per noi 🔝 ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Todo perfecto, de los mejores alojamientos donde hemos estado. Limpio y con servicio de limpieza a mitad de estancia, bonito, bien ubicado, cómodo y con todo tipo de servicios tanto en el alojamiento como en los alrededores. Además de una estupenda terraza comunitaria en el ático, donde cuando cae el sol, se está de maravilla.

Bezauberndes modernes Apartment in der Altstadt

Ein zauberhaftes gut ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr sauber, mit einer tollen Lage, Aussicht aufs Meer, in der Altstadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und auch den Strand in angenehmer Nähe. Die Terasse im 3. Stock nutzten wir für einen gemütlichen Spiele-Abend. Super Anleitungen für das Anfinden der Garage und auch für den Zugang mit Code. Die Vermieter sind gut erreichbar und freundlich, sollten Fragen auftauchen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Perfecte plek in leuk appartement met fraai uitzicht en sublieme ondersteuning.

Super service via whatsapp. Snelle antwoorden. Daarnaast erg schoon en netjes. Mooie locatie met fraai uitzicht. APpartement was helemaal compleet en alles werkt snel en goed. De basiszaken waren aanwezig en zelfs de koelkast was en enigzins gevuld.

El acceso al apartamento es un poco incomodo a la llegada para trasladar las maletas, por estar en zona peatonal, tampoco es muy relevante dado que la distancia es pequeña.

Estancia confortable

El apartamento estaba muy completo, en un edificio de nueva construcción. La ubicación muy buena en el centro histórico de la localidad.

Nos gustó todo del apartamento, pero lo que nos pareció más incómodo es que la zona donde está ubicado no es transitable para vehículos, y no pudimos acercarnos para cargar y descargar el equipaje.

El espacio era increíblemente cómodo, amplio y muy limpio. Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios en la cocina y no le falta ningún detalle. Las vistas preciosas, desde el apartamento y desde el ático. Y para trabajar una tranquilidad magnífica. El apartamento muy accesible para una silla de ruedas, menos la azotea. La atención antes de la llegada perfecta. Están en todos los detalles.

Apartamento excepcional en medio de un barrio con mucho sabor y color.

El apartamento es realmente aconsejable. Es precioso !! No falta absolutamente ningún detalle .... Está todo super nuevo y de altas calidades. La ubicación es perfecta , muy cerca de la playa y en medio de un barrio con mucho sabor y color. Y además tiene una terraza compartida ,con ducha ,muy acogedora y con buenas vistas. A destacar la obra de arte de la medusa que hay en la escalera , es super original, digna de ver, me encanta ! Muchas gracias a los anfitriones! Ojala podamos volver algún día.
