"Seepanorama", 4-room semi-detached house 90 m2 on 3 levels. Bright, partly renovated in 2022, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Walk-through room with dining table. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room with 2 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Large balcony, south facing position, large terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. For reasons of space, the oven, washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement of the house. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
