Großes Badezimmer, großer Balkon, bequemes Bett und top ausgestattet.
In dem Teil des Ortes Realmonte gibt es - vielleicht wegen der Vorsaison relativ wenige Lokale. Nicht einmal einen Espresso gab's in fußläufiger Reichweite gegen Geld zu bekommen.

Casa nuova,ben arredata,curata nei minimi dettagli,dotata di tutti i comfort per soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di esigenza,pulita,inserita in un contesto residenziale tranquillo e in un' ottima posizione; a due passi dal mare e vicinissima alla Scala dei Turchi e a varie strutture balneari.I proprietari,disponibilissimi e attenti ad ogni necessita'! Consigliatissima,di sicuro ci ritornero'!

The hosts met us at the property and were so lovely, accommodating and helpful. The apartment looked newly refurbished. It was modern, clean and comfortable. Aircon worked brilliantly in the lounge and bedroom (during extreme heat outside). It had a washing machine and a balcony with clothes stander. We had private parking on site which was a huge plus for us as street parking looked hectic. The beach is within a hundred meter walk.
If I am to be picky, the kitchen needed more utensils. No supermarket within a walking distance.
