About this villa rental
Villa "Kronos" is located on the promontory overlooking the famous coast of Porto Empedocle, so dear to Pirandello and Goethe, just a few minutes from the beach and the famous and spectacular UNESCO site of Scala Dei Turchi, as well as being very close to the suggestive archaeological sites , among which the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento.
Our welcome guests will receive a free bottle of sparkling wine and a basket of seasonal fruit as a welcome in the event of a weekly stay and will receive a 10% discount on the next stay, if booked during the stay.
The villa of 140 square meters has a large terrace that overlooks a delightful garden with a solarium and barbecue area, surrounded by fruit trees and ornamental plants. Access to the villa is completely independent with two different points of entry and the possibility of a large free public parking area 24/7 without reservation.
The structure consists of three bedrooms (one double, one single and one twin, which, if necessary, can become a double), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub / shower and a large living room, all finely and elegantly furnished .
The rooms are equipped with closets and a TV set. Wi-Fi is free and covers the whole area.
Small pets are allowed at no additional cost.
