Location was great

They can do better with cleaning the place.

Close enough to the beach that we could walk instead of paying $15 for parking everyday. 2 showers came in handy to get everyone showered at the end of a day of exploring.

Pictures showed a washer and dryer so I assumed it was located in the apartment. They were not and instead we had to ask others for directions to the shared laundry room.

I like the gated pool and how simple checkout instructions were. Also loved the walking distance it provided for adult venturing.

I didn’t like that the sink disposal had a smell, I noticed a fork and knife had been used after finally settling in the place that was dirty in the sink and on the day of checkout I noticed that the linens had not been changed I pulled back covers and discovered someone had their cycle while visiting! I also didn’t like that the keypad went dead and stopped locking our door. Took quite a while for us to get someone on the phone to give us the code to the lockbox to retrieve the key! Parking was also 35 dollars which is a bit much.
