L'appartement est très bien situé. À bonne distance de toutes les commodités : restaurants, supermarché et plage. bonne propreté, tous les équipements nécessaires pour pouvoir cuisiner. Literie confortable. Rapport qualité prix très efficace.
Le petit bémol est la construction du bâtiment qui fait que ça résonne pas mal dans les parties communes (couloirs). De plus il y avait des travaux durant mon séjour, ce n'est bien évidemment pas la faute de la propriétaire mais il faut quand même le subir.

Simpatia da proprietária (D.Alice), Conforto do Alojamento, e a Localização (próximo do mar).
A insonorização do prédio (qualidade construtiva) é baixa. Por este motivo ouve-se, facilmente, sons/conversas de outros apartamentos.

The best part is definitely localization. The beach is so close, all restaurants are near. What was absolutely amazing about this apartment is such a lovely atmosphere and details like hand-made macrame, shells and other decorative items and especially a lot of clean towels! An lady owner is so nice and gentle person — I love her energy!
The worst part was some small things, like for example not working kettle. The materace on the bed in bedroom was so uncomfortable and I woke up each day with pain in whole body and bones… In the area is quite loud, so I advice to have ear plugs. There’s no washing machine. I have missed coffee express or at least some coffee machine with filters.

A Localização não é na 1.ª linha de praia, mas não é longe. É bem servido de comércio, supermercados e está num sitio calmo.
Do quarto ser interior e não ter janelas. Falta do secador de cabelo, como estava anunciado.
