The apartment matched the description and pictures on the listing. It was clean, modern and well-equipped. It was in a good location about 25 minutes walk into the centre of Cannes. The terrace was large and with a fantastic view over the bay. There are a couple of small mini-markets and a good boulangerie within about a 5-10 minutes walk. Communication was good and we were met by the Property Manager Aneta who was very pleasant and helpful.
A very minor grumble - from the bedroom we could hear the noise of the hot water heater which seemed to be running constantly. The larger dinner plates did not fit upright into the very small dishwasher.

Although petite, everything within the apartment is luxurious, and the view from the balcony was amazing
