The location and the view of the apartment is outstanding! It was neat and clean. There were toiletries and cleaning supply available, however, if more were needed you need to go the agency which is approximately a 10 min walk from the apartment.

I would have rated this property much higher if not for one major issue: a rat in the apartment. I stayed with my family (including my 11-month-old infant) for 8 nights. The host was initially very responsive, but when I reported the rat on the third night, there was complete silence. I messaged again after seeing it the next night—still no response. The owner finally reached out about check-out but only acknowledged the issue about the rat when I directly asked, suddenly apologizing and asking for details—far too late to help. This was more than an inconvenience—it was a serious health hazard. Having a rat in a living space is extremely unhygienic, but with an infant in the apartment, it was outright unacceptable. The lack of urgency from the owner was deeply concerning. Another major drawback is the key collection process. There is no option to pick up the keys at the property—you must collect them from the agency’s office. While manageable during the day, it becomes highly inconvenient when arriving past midnight, especially with an infant, luggage, and bad weather. A more practical key handover solution for late arrivals is necessary.
