A very unique and creative adults-only concept. There were so many interesting accessories and thoughtful details that made the stay truly special. It was a fun, memorable, and completely different experience from a regular hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character.

The only downside was the noise early in the morning. There were construction works outside, and it sounded as if the renovation was happening in the room next door.

The property is advertised as accommodating 5 adults, but in reality it is only suitable for 4. The sleeping arrangements for a fifth adult are not practical or comfortable. The biggest issue was the back door, which opens onto a small side road just off a busy street in Brighton. On Saturday night, there was constant noise outside. We could hear people talking until around 4 a.m., and there were also people urinating against the wall, window, and back door. It was very unsettling and made it feel insecure, as it sounded like someone could come right up to the room. The owner should consider covering or permanently blocking off the back door, or otherwise improving the soundproofing and security, as it significantly affects guests' comfort and sense of safety. Unfortunately, due to the noise and disturbances, we had a very poor night's sleep.

Well equipped dungeon space with loads of stuff to play with and lots to explore. All the equipment was serviceable and well maintained. Various bits are for sale and have a price label attected if you are particularly fond of them and want to take hem away. The space was clean and had a small kitchen facility attached to it. The location is good, right on the Brighton seafront but it's a ground floor flat facing into an alleyway so don't expect a view.

There were a load of annoyances to deal with, firstly the front door lock jammed twice and we couldn't open the door to get out. Fortunately there is a key to the back door and walking around the front allowed us to open it again. The WiFi was crap so we moved the mobile data router nearer the window, it was still a bit crap after that. The shower drainage was poor, it mainly just filled the bath up, and it obviously needs the drains cleaning out a bit for it to work properly. The most annoying thing though was the amount of people who knock on the back door at night. The flat backs onto an alley and obviously has a bit of a history or else the previous guests haven't been vetted well enough. There were 3 or 4 people knocking on Saturday night clearly looking for drugs. This was quite scary as the back door opens straight into the bedroom. We were advised by the owners to call the police if it continued but this must be a known problem given the amount of people targeting the flat.
