The location.
Saying it is luxury when it is not. What it is, is refurbished nicely. There were none of the things that make it luxury. The building is old and unkempt in communal areas. There are 3 flights of very narrow steps to climb without an option of a lift. I do not recall this stated in the description. No kitchen tea towel. No amenities such as the basics provided by all other places where one stays that are not deemed luxury, such as tea, coffee, sugar, an iron, soap/bodywash (it was empty).
