Wir hatten in den Winterferien dort unsere Basis für unsere kleine Kulturreise. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und konnten von Salerno aus Pompeji, Paestum und Herculaneum gut erreichen. Es ist eine Neubauanlage mit angeschlossenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Geparkt hatten wir auf dem Parkplatz der Einkaufsläden. Das Apartament war sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und würden es nochmal wählen, wobei im zweiten Zimmer nur ein Sofa und ein Zustellbett vorhanden waren.
Da wir in den Winterferien da waren - 31.01.2026 bis 05.02.2026 - (ca. 13 - 16 Grad Celsius tagsüber) lag unser Interessenschwerpunkt auf Kultur und nicht am Strandurlaub, aber so wie ich es gesehen habe, gab es keinen direkten Strandzugang.

The property has a nice view and it is a new.
The property was not clean. The outside balcony glass windows were very dirty and I had to clean them. There was also neither shower gel nor shampoo in the apartment. The second day of my stay the aircon was not working. Rosario, the responsible guy who handed me the keys of the apartment, was not able to help and could come after 8pm to fix it although as I understood he was only following the instructions sent to him by a video. In the end I had to open the electricity panel only to find out that the aircondition switch with set to off. Rosario was recommending to not touch anything. Luckily, I didn’t listen to him and with a help of a neighbour I managed to cool down apartment (the inside temperature was 30 degrees). Also the shower was clogged. To sum up, for more that 200 euros per night all the above are unacceptable and wouldn’t rent the apartment again and of course wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional behaviour from the owners.
