About this apartment rental
Apartment of 70 sqm, very quiet, in a detached villa surrounded by a large wooded park called "Tenuta dei Normanni", ideal for long walks in the open air and for a stay in an elegant and relaxing environment, just 10 minutes drive from the city center and 5 minuets from the highway exit / entrance.
The apartment has a large living room with a double sofa bed , a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with a table and 6 chairs.
It is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, TV, free wi-fi internet and free Parking.
On request everything is available for children as a crib and high chair.
The price includes cleaning before and after the arrival of guests, a set of towels and bed linen per person. For each additional series the price is € 5.
On the roof of the building there is a large solarium in common use with a shower and sun loungers.
Salerno is an ideal starting point to reach the most beautiful places in Campania, such as the Amalfi Coast (Vietri, Cetara, Amalfi, Positano) and Cilento (Agropoli, Castellabate, Acciaroli, Palinuro), Pompeii, Naples, Sorrento, Capri, Ischia, historical and archaeological sites, shops and shopping centers, etc.

Siamo stati benissimo, appartamento praticamente nuovo, molto spazioso, luminoso e dotato di tutti i confort. Paola gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni informazione! Ci torneremo, magari con più tempo, sperando di trovare l'intera Tenuta dei Normanni, anfiteatro compreso, animata ed affollata!

Très propre bien agencé
endroit très calme avec le nécessaire pour démarrer le séjour produit vaisselle papier toilette café sucre ....et en prime un panier d'accueil c'est très agréable
Paola est très gentille et disponible
La ville est à 10 mn en voiture
à proximité vous avez 1 restaurant très bon et un petit supermarché

We received a lovely welcome from Paola upon arrival with lots of helpful information. Unfortunately the apartment looked better in the pics that in real life. Whilst the garden and surrounds were leafy, green and beautiful with excellent space for the children to run around (which was our main reason for selecting the property) the apartment was very basic. The nearest supermarket was about 15 minutes drive away down a very steep and curvy road, and whilst there was a restaurant very close by it was closed during our stay, with limited alternative options within walking distance.
