Hanwell 2 bedroom Maisonette by 360Stays

Nice decor, comfortable beds and good amenities. There was an outdoor entertaining space with a huge park behind the property. The neighborhood is quiet enough for you to get rest. But what i appreciated most of all was the proximity to public transportation. Right at the top of the street are the bus stops. Few stops in either directions are the underground Piccadilly line and the Elizabeth Line (you can take it to/from London Heathrow AirPort 3 stops).

The inside was clean but there was a little bit of cobwebs when you opened one of the windows. In all fairness, I did not report this because it wasn’t a big deal to me. They respond very promptly so it would have been dealt with immediately but I didn’t want to bother them for something that bothered me. Otherwise everything else was good. Also this is just to nitpick so you know there was nothing to complain about. Any issues I had, I notified them of and got immediate response. Thanks guys.

Nous avions réservé ce logement après avoir vécu une expérience non conforme avec un autre hôtel, celui-ci nous a sauvé notre séjour, c’est conforme aux photos, c’est spacieux, toutes les pièces sont séparées. C’est vraiment pas mal. On peut régler le thermostat du chauffage electroniquement. Le wifi ne marchait pas nous avions des réponses à nos questions en moins de 5 minutes.

Bon c’est un peu loin du centre-ville mais c’est bien desservi en transports, il y’a le bus à 100 mètres. Il faut payer en ligne directement au site, j’ai vérifié avec le service client, ils m’ont confirmé que c’est en ordre.

The property is in a good location, close to bus and not a long walk to two different train stations. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. They were able to provide an additional key, for an extra £100, so there were no issues with each of us doing different things during the day.

Parking was the biggest disappointment for me. It was advertised that there was on site parking which after booking became limited on street parking. When arriving the street has signs posted that it is permit parking except marked spots. On several occasions during the month, there were no marked spaces available near the building. The staff answering my messages were prompt in responding, polite and professional in dealing with my concerns. Over a week and the £200 refundable security deposit and the £100 key deposit charges have not been returned.

No parking. Dispute being told we could park on the street & we got a ticket. TV reception poor & limited internet
