Die etwas außerhalb der Altstadt von Bari gelegene Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten und seriösen Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen sauber, großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über einen sehr großen Balkon. Für Ausflüge nach Alberobello zu den Trulli, nach Polignano a Mare oder in andere Regionen Apuliens ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Ein großer Vorteil ist der vorhandene Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Wer lieber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzt, findet die Bushaltestelle der Linie 12 direkt vor der Anlage. Die Verbindung führt günstig und unkompliziert bis ins Zentrum von Bari beziehungsweise zum Hauptbahnhof. Der nahe gelegene Penny-Markt ist praktisch für den täglichen Einkauf. Besonders empfehlen können wir jedoch den kleinen Mini-Markt San Marco mit vielen typischen italienischen Spezialitäten zu fairen Preisen. Direkt daneben befindet sich das Café San Marco, ideal für einen schnellen italienischen Espresso oder Cappuccino an der Theke.

The location was great, quiet, with nice view of palm trees. Also the terrace was great, lots of space and a swing as well. The apartment is surrounded by a fence and inside there is parking space and also a kids playground. The apartment was brand new, built just a few years back. Overall, it was good, but there were many minor setbacks.

- comunication with the host was complicated - they did not respond to messages and did not help me with a single issue - washing machine but no washing gel - just one trash bag for the whole week (3 adults and a baby) - sink clogged on day 3 - fully equiped kitchen apparently does not include: bowls, sugar or pan - coffee maschine dripped coffee all over the place - fire extinguisher was hanging by a thred on the wall (we were worried because of the baby, so we put it down) - one blackout blind was not working at all - lots of sun early in the morning - cleanliness in general could have been much better -kitchen chairs were peeling - dark pieces from them were everywhere -we had to buy many things ourselves: trash bags, sugar, washing gel, capsules for dishwasher,...
