Very clean, everything was new and modern. It took some time figuring out the security as well as the stove. We were never able to get the TVs to work. The remotes didn’t work at all. We bought batteries for both, but still didn’t work. We were fine with it since we really didn’t spend much time in the house.

I wasn’t sure what was going on around the property. There were buildings around us that looked as if they were bombed or partially destroyed. And there was construction fencing around the property as if something was to be constructed but we never saw any activity. The one thing that took me by surprise was that there was a train track behind the house. It was both a commuter line as well as a freight line. We only heard it in the morning since we were gone from 8am to 8pm most days. It was relatively quiet even when it passed by. The only thing I would suggest is to have more towels available on premises, and possibly a few beach chairs since the property is right across the roadway from the sea. It also took much of the evening to cool down the house even though we kept the shades closed to keep the sun out.

Nem volt kávé kapszula csak 2 db 4 napra. Olyan kávégèp van amihez 3 boltban( Lidl, Euro, Spar..) sem találtunk kapszulát, így nem tudtunk kàvézni otthon.

Neues Apartment mit guter Ausstattung, Gastgeberin war stets über WhatsApp erreichbar. Schöner Garten, den wir leider wegen des starken Windes nicht nutzen konnten.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen gebucht und waren sehr enttäuscht als wir angekommen sind. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Vom Vorgänger waren noch Essensreste an den Töpfen. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber geputzt am schlimmsten war die Dusche. An beiden Duschen war der Ablauf so verstopft dass wir im Bad gleich eine Überschwemmung hatten. Hätte man die Dusche geputzt wäre dieser Mangel der Putzfrau auf jeden Fall gleich aufgefallen da das Wasser überhaupt nicht ablief. Dies haben wir sofort reklamiert und am nächsten Tag wurde es in Ordnung gebracht. In der Wohnung vor allem im Bad sind viel zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit insgesamt 1000 Programme aber leider kein einziges mit deutscher Sprache. Die Lage war einfach grauenhaft, Bahnlinie direkt hinterm Haus. Es sieht nach einem neuen Baugebiet aus aber einsam steht das Haus mit einem hässlichen roten Bauzaun, der Strand, wenn man das so nennen möchte ist total verdreckt mit Müll, Dornen, Gestrüpp und großen Steinen. Man muss zuerst die vielbefahrene Straße überqueren um dort hinzukommen. Der Parkplatz ist nicht sicher jeder kann über die Mauer klettern die nur 1m hoch ist. Die Altstadt von Bari ist 6km entfernt und ohne Auto ist man hier aufgeschmissen. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.
