Appartement très propre et proche des restaurants et boutiques. J’ai déjà réservé dans différents endroits à Marrakech et c est la première fois que tout était parfait, l’appartement est bien équipé.

Propriétaire très réactif par mail et plein de bons conseils. Emplacement pratique à deux pas du mall, environ 25min à pieds de la place Jemaa el fna. On se sent en sécurité dans le quartier. Appartement spacieux avec lave vaisselle et machine à laver. Clim performante. Serrure à code permettant de ne pas se soucier des clés.
La propreté des terrasses est à revoir. SDB vieillissantes. Piscine très peu profonde idéale pour des enfants, mais moins pour un adulte qui veut nager un peu. Transats quasiment tous cassés à la piscine. Petit malentendu désagréable concernant le paiement de la taxe de séjour.

The location is good. Near all facilities
The local care taker is awful. Never responded to any queries. Only two towels were provided for a booking for 4 adults. The owner assured the caretaker will sort, but he never responded to calls or messages. We were asked to leave local tax while checking out and the money disappeared!!!!!!
