Duplex moderne, propre, très spacieux et idéalement situé tout près du centre commercialet 25m à piedsdu fameux Jamaa el Fna, parfait pour une famille. La cuisine est bien équipée avec du thé et du café à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. Mohamed est très réactif et disponible pour toute question. Point positif, c’est la présence d’un parking pour la voiture juste en face de l’immeuble. Le seul point négatif reste le bruit des boîtes ou du lounge en bas dans la rue.

Propre et grand.
Aucun torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, aucune éponge problème avec les prises dans la cuisine qui a fait disjoncter le tableau électrique,ascenseur défaillant...Place de parking qui n est pas privée .Contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur les frais annexes le propriétaire a demandé non pas 15€ mais 25€.pour taxes et ménage alors que je pensais que le ménage était compris dans le prix puisque on ne nous a jamais demandé cela pour d autres locations....
