Het kleine huisje lag prachtig in het oude centrum en zag er heel romantisch uit. Bed was prima.
Het onderhoud van het huis had beter gekund. Douchedeur viel uit de sponning bijvoorbeeld. Deze hebben we er zelf weer ingezet. Voor de huurprijs verwacht je dat dit in orde is.

Ein sehr charmantes Häuschen mit sehr herzlichen Vermietern. Wir nutzten jeden Abend bei außergewöhnlich langanhaltendem schönstem Sommerwetter den kleinen Garten mit Holzterasse und Sitzplatz.

Charming cottage that was cozy for our family of four and would be ideal retreat for an individual or couple. Beautiful touches in the simple decor and comfortably furnished. Outdoor area for the cottage very nice with exquisite roses and a picket fence in front. Laerdal is a rather quiet town but nicely positioned and definitely more off the beaten path than Flam.
As with many Norwegian homes, getting luggage up to the bedroom can be a challenge. Access to the upper bedrooms is more like a ladder than stairs. That is not a negative, just a consideration.
