Not pleasant! Not worth the money

It was a spacious apartment. It’s a nicely done kitchen if you plan to stay in and cook. Location was pretty convenient too nearby shop and tram stop make the stay easier.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor be aware of that if you have a suitcase as there’s no lift in the building and the stairs are very narrow and spiral it’s hard going up. Also the bathroom is not practical. You can’t take a shower there’s only a bathtub. And you need to watch out while taking a bath as you might flood the bathroom there’s no drainage underneath. The towels were not clean(found hairs on them) and were smelly, also they left only one big towel for 2 guests. One of the days once we woke up we discovered we didn’t have any hot water. The pillows left on the bed were not sleeping pillows they were decorative ones, also the bedding sheets were very unpleasant and rough to the touch of the skin. It wasn’t clean, floors were dirty had to walk with my shoes the entire time. The window in the toilet can’t be closed fully so you might be chilly while you’re in there.

Nothing - just FYI: (1) apartment on 3rd floor without elevator; (2) bathtub, no shower; (3) the hosts asked for a cash deposit of €250 for furniture upon arrival that was returned at the checkout - this is also included the Booking.com info for the apartment

Arrivee: il faut attendre que le proprio vienne ouvrir alors quil aurait suffit de donner le code pour la boite de securite Bruit: les locataires en haut bougaient des meubles et marchaient jusqua 1 h du matin Depart: il faut encore attendre que le proprio vienne ce qui ajoute au stress du depart et oblige a un horaire fixe

Departamento cómodo y en zona tranquila

El departamento es muy lindo y bien decorado, típico estilo francés. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro. No hay ruido y se puede descansar muy bien. Lo recomiendo.

Falta una cortina de ducha pues se moja todo el piso. El inodoro está separado del baño. Está un poco lejos del centro pero hay estaciones de tren cerca.

Нам было важно расположение, близость автовокзала. В квартире всего достаточно что бы комфортно жить, уютная, благоустроенная квартирка! Район тихий, рядом есть несколько продуктовых магазинов и общепит на вынос.

Назойливость хозяина в отношении досрочной регистрации в апартаментах, необходимо было заранее высылать ему сканы документов, я перед поездкой была очень занята и мне было совершенно не до этого, в свою очередь когда мой муж приехал в условленное время!!! к апартаментам ему пришлось 30 минут ждать хозяина с ключами. Когда мы выежали я подверглась столь тщательной проверке апартаментов после моего проживания! Естественно все было в порядке и конечно хозяин добросовестно вернул наш залог, но никогда ранее я не испытывала подобного!

Tutto meraviglioso oltre le aspettative, torneremo sicuramente

Appartamento bellissimo, elegante arredato con gusto, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort, situato in una zona elegante e tranquilla ma vicino a negozi ristoranti e mezzi pubblici, vicino a la Defence e collegata bene con il centro di Parigi

tutto era magnifico, perfetto e i proprietari sono due perone garbate e molto disponibili . Mio marito ed io ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente

Lieu décoré avec goût et accueil très sympathique

Bien placé (RER à proximité), commerces de proximité au pied du logement, équipement complet, logement très propre, disponibilité et échange avec les hôtes.

Ce n’est pas que j’ai pas aimé, elle est magnifique la baignoire et dans un beau style de l’époque. Mais il faut dire qu’elle n’est pas pratique, et la première fois, il y a des risques de faire une baignoire dans la pièce complète.

emplacement de l'appart parfait pour nous et son confort. l'accueil de Sidonie et son compagnon (très aimables malgré notre retard. ils se sont même inquiétés pour nous). nous les remercions tous les deux. Immeuble calme dans un quartier commerçant.

Une petite amélioration de la salle de bain qui n'est pas très fonctionnelle.

Super appartement tout près de la Défense

L'emplacement est nickel, à quelques minutes à pied de la Défense. L'appartement est assez grand et très confortable. Tout était propre et l'hôte très gentille !

Difficile de prendre une douche sans arroser la salle de bain
