All you need to be relax. Couches, kitchen, bathroom, TV, garden with fruit trees. Very clean, easy access, contact less key exchange.
The bed is only 140 for 2, which can be very challenging when you are tall/big with your travel partner.
The inside of the house is the same temperature as outside, so in winter expect the inside to be also 12-16 degrees. Included heater was not powerful enough to increase the temperature of one room by more than 2-3 degrees.

Nice location with ocean view. The town looks a bit deserted - perfect if you want to be far away from the world. The house has everything we need. Plus friendly cats living around.

The terrace with the sea view
The apartment is generally OK, even if the forniture would need to be refurbished (especially the bedroom).
The biggest problem are the neighbours and their animals:
The neighbours are quite noisy and the dogs are barking at any time of the day and night and they will likely awake you at least a couple of times during the night.
Additionally it is complicated to use the best part of the house (the terrace) since the cats are always coming while you are eating and they are quite aggressive (they even jumped on our table) and difficult to send away.
