Ruim huis met 3 slaapkamers, zitkamer, badkamer en keuken. Je kan voor het huis parkeren op straat. Het is een rustige buurt. Voor deze prijs is het een hele goede accommodatie. Prima voor een aantal nachten.
Tuin was wat verwilderd, dat kan wat netter. Het is een wat ouder huis, met alles wat erbij komt kijken. Slaapkamers zijn in het verlengde van elkaar, dat is wat onhandig.

Casa equipada, espaçosa e limpa, 3 quartos com boas áreas, cozinha com mínimos necessários para boa estadia, mas também máquina de lavar.
Localização a 2km das Lajes, onde tem vários comércios e praia. Fácil estacionamento à porta em zona muito tranquila. Despertador de galos da vizinhança incluído.
Colchão confortável, iluminação suficiente no quarto principal. Estranho não ter tv na sala de estar, mas apenas no quarto.
Quintal tem muito potencial, mas o ar descuidado nas proximidades da casa pode desagradar.
Definitivamente, um tapete na banheira seria uma grande melhoria, pelo perigo escorregadio que esta apresenta.

Good location with on street parking outside.
Comfortable beds. Reasonably well equipped. Fixtures and fittings are old but all work and the property has a certain charm because of this
Loved watching the Madeiran wall lizards scurrying about on the walls outside
Value for money rental
Owner Fabio is very helpful
Property is fine for a short stay but for a longer stay would pick another rental with slightly better facilities
