Położenie nad samym jeziorem w nowoczesnym budynku, w okolicy sporo restauracji, barów cukierni (niestety często zamkniętych w tygodniu i wieczorami - pobyt w lipcu!!!). Bezpłatny parking, miły kontakt z właścicielką. Dodatkowo zapewniona kawa, wino, coś słodkiego - bardzo miłe. Możliwość pobytu z pieskiem również na plus.
Niestety na plażę w obiekcie nie można wchodzić z psem mimo, że psy w obiekcie są mile widziane. Pani gospodyni poinformowała nas o tym przed przyjazdem, co doceniam, ale warto mieć to na uwadze. Szkoda, że pokój nie miał widoku na jezioro tylko ulicę - było nieco głośno ponieważ bezpośrednio na przeciwko obiektu znajduje się wesołe miasteczko.
