De locatie en de bedden waren goed. Het was 17 minuten lopen naar Iconsiam.

De airco werkte niet zo goed. Kraan is aan vervanging toe. We kregen maar een baddoek. Ik had nog een kleine handdoek erbij gewild.

It’s near of BTS, walking distance. The apartment is secure with codes. 2 beds are fit to our group family. The host is courteous. Overall the place is worth the money. The place is comfortable to stay with. Easy to find via grab car. The owner provided basic necessities like free 3 bottles of water, dishwashing soap and foam, shampoo and soap.

The aircon is not strong. The toilet is clean but needs improvement.

Location is good and convenient and pricing is just right (reasonable)

Please display the B&B units at the metal gate so is easy to allocate and (Not) disturb the neighbour unnecessary. Plus the toilet ceiling can (do some cleaning is plenty of black mould).....yaki...😷😱

Die Lage ist gut, und ruhig. Die Gegend war sicher und es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Der Zustand der Wohnung war enttäuschend. Es gab deutliche Gebrauchsspuren an den Möbeln, war abgewohnt. Mit etwas Renovierungsarbeit könnte dieses Objekt deutlich aufgewertet werden. Es gab nur ein Waschbecken wo der Wasserhahn nicht richtig befestig war und wacklig ist , und wo man sein Geschirr säubern musste. Es gibt keine Stühle. Leider ließ sich die Waschmaschine nicht benutzen , da die Tür defekt war, aber die Dame die sich um das Haus kümmert, und täglich da war, hat uns unsere Wäsche gewaschen , am gleichen Tag gewaschen uns in das Zimmer gebracht.
