It is a very nice apartment, on the first floor of the owners house. In the hall downstairs you have a separate entrance door to your apartment. The stair is very narrow, but they helped to take the luggage Up and down. You are very close to everything in the city. Good communication with the host.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir würden von einer freundlichen Dame in Empfang genommen. Es war alles da, was man bräuchte und man war in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Der Aufgang über eine steile Wendeltreppe hat uns nicht gestört. Somit wäre eigentlich eine 8 bei der Bewertung herausgekommen. Es gibt aber auch (leider) negatives: das Verhalten des Vermieters.

Der Vermieter hat schon Wochen vor der Reise auf Vorkasse bestanden, obwohl noch lange kostenlose Stornierung möglich sein sollte. Er forderte mich in absolut unverschämtem aggressiven Ton auf, sofort zu bezahlen oder zurückzutreten. Das ist mir so in vielen Jahren bei Buchungen über booking.com noch nie passiert.
