La ubicación y la comodidad de las instalaciones

No había rampas de acceso ni monta cargas para cuando vienes con las maletas, y en nuestro caso que tenemos problemas articulares pues complicó un poquito la cosa aunque solo fuesen 15 o 20 escalones, y otra cosa es el problema de aparcamiento, solo cabe una solución y es el aparcamiento privado que aunque no es muy caro (11€ dia) si la estancia es muy larga pues ya se sabe, pero por lo demás todo genial 🍻

The studio has great potential. It is newly renovated, very clean, and has a large bathroom. The location is excellent—close to bars, beaches, and everything you might need during a vacation. Communication at the beginning was very good; we even received an early check-in, which was much appreciated. If not for the issues below, this place could easily be rated a 10.

Unfortunately, the apartment had a persistent bad smell, which made it difficult to keep the windows closed and sleep comfortably. This was mentioned by other guests as well, so it seems to be an ongoing problem. While communication was good before arrival, once we reported the issue nobody responded—neither via WhatsApp nor through the booking platform. I contacted them several times, but only received an automatic message about garbage disposal, without any further explanation. Even after sending photos at checkout to confirm I left the apartment in good order, my messages went unanswered. If the host had at least acknowledged the problem or explained its cause, I would have rated this stay much higher. The apartment itself is great, but the lack of follow-up and support made the experience disappointing.

The apartment was amazing and the location was perfect! The communication with the host was perfect from the time I booked my Stay and until the time I got to the airport. Will deffinetly book another stay next summer and bring my family. Can’t wait! 😍🌴
