The location of the property for a short stay was absolutely fine for us.
I agree with previous reviews that some minor maintenance is needed. Painting and issues with bed need resolving however we were on the whole happy with the stay for a couple of days. A full length mirror would be a perfect addition. The reviews with smells from drainage I felt was more in the area than confined to this particular apartment. Did have trouble initially getting into the block however staff quickly resolved.

Mooi appartement goede locatie alles was gewoon goed!
Na de uitcheck kreeg ik binnen 2 uur een schadeclaim waar ik niet voor verantwoordelijk ben!! Er zou ergens een brandplekje zitten van een sigaret!! Ik rook niet eens en uitsluitend alleen in dat appartement geweest!! Is mij ook niet opgevallen dat er ergens een brandplekje zat!! Ik zie dit puur als een poging tot oplichting!! Of ik maar ff 100 euro over wilde maken!! Om deze reden zeker niet aan te raden dit appartement te huren!!!

Close to beach and marina
Very noisey at night , neighbours extremely loud , music playing late at night , people coming in drunk , 4,5,6 in morning.balcony chairs need replacing , splitting on seat, drainage in shower and sink terrible and awful smell , batteries in aircon dead since we arrived so couldn’t change it , balcony light didn’t work , bed has big dip in it
