Just wait before renting until the work is finished
All in one! The location is a bit too far out. The building is under construction and the apartment is half-finished. Luckily it wasn't really hot, with the garbage containers outside being full upon arrival, and with the sun after 4 days, it didn't smell very good. The fridge makes noise. Regarding hygienic cleanliness, we found a lot of long hair either under the door or when leaving with my bag that had been left on the floor. We can also hear our neighbors. The apartment could be nice, but there's still work to be done. Why do we have to fold the sheets and empty the garbage after renting? Isn't that included in the price? Well, that's kind of how we feel!

Bon emplacement et plutôt bien équipé, si vous êtes de passage dans la région c'est le top ! Résidence sécurisée et calme, bon rapport qualité-prix.
Si vous êtes plutôt lève-tard, pensez à prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles : en période d’affluence matinale, on peut entendre la circulation (voitures et bus), mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable. PS : Un petit coup de dégrippant sur le lit serait un plus — il y a quelques grincements, mais rien de dramatique !

Appartement refait à neuf, très joli et fonctionnel.
La literie !!!! Sincèrement une chose à changer au plus vite c'est la literie. Nous avons quitté le logement plus tôt pour pouvoir dormir.....

La suite es muy bonita y está bien cuidada. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: una cocina funcional, baño limpio y habitaciones tranquilas y agradables. Todo estaba muy limpio y en buen estado. Es un lugar ideal para descansar, relajarse y tener tu propio espacio con tranquilidad. Ha sido una estancia cómoda y práctica.

Logement agréable, propre et confortable.
Logement exactement comme décrit; propre, confortable, hôte disponible; Petit, le salon et la chambre ne sont qu'une seule pièce, cuisine et salle d'eau séparées. Presque tout le nécessaire disponible, armoire pour ranger vêtements. J'ai apprécié le matelas très propre (sans doute car il est neuf ) ainsi que le linge de qualité.
Immeuble en travaux pour aménagement de nouveaux appartements, donc beaucoup de bruit, même le samedi matin dès 7h30. Poubelles containers près de la fenêtre et devant la porte d'entrée, non vidées durant notre séjour de 8 jours, mouches et puanteur. Ménage pas fait sous le lit. Et petit détail, dans l'idéal il manquerait un grille pain :)
