The room was very luxurious, clean, and comfortable. I truly felt at home thanks to the amazing team working here. Starting with the hotel owner, Mr. Ali, who is incredibly friendly and personally gives every guest a warm welcome. The receptionist, Jad, was also very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely book here again next time. Highly recommended .

The location is excellent, not far from some shopping centers and restaurants, and a short walk towards the coast where you can admire the sea. The hotel includes an Iraqi restaurant. Breakfast was traditional Lebanese, and the service was good.

The hotel management failed to fulfill our documented request on Booking.com for a room with a spa bath, despite their explicit confirmation via Booking.com that the room would indeed include one. Upon arrival, we were informed that all rooms with spa baths were fully booked and that we would be offered another room, slightly larger but still not meeting our requirements. The management was dishonest with us, responding to our booking by saying that a room with a spa bath was available, when in reality there was no room matching the specifications we had chosen and insisted upon through Booking.com. Despite being fully aware of our request, the management was not truthful with us.
