The check-in process was quite poor. The website says you have to fill in some information, and then they'd send an email containing the check-in code to the unit. I never received the email. It was a serious effort to first get into the building, and then I spent >1 hr on the phone (also texting via WhatsApp) to get into the unit. So, the entry process was absolutely terrible, one of the worst I've ever experienced, actually. The unit was very nice - very spacious, clean, nice shower, kitchen, bed, and couch. But the check-in process was not good.
