The apartmentbuilding has an underground parking garage where no. 25 is reserved for your (rental) car. There is a private pool with large terrace, lounge and sunchairs and a shower. There is also a nice pool in the general area, also with showers, sunbeds and umbrellas. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, percolator, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. There are some items available like salt, pepper, dishwasherstuff etc. Bring your own hand- and teatowels and some dishwashertablets. Small utility area with washingmachine and cleaningmaterials. In the apartment there's lots of storage space and cupboards with hangers. Sliding doors in each room and the 2 bedrooms have rollershutters. Central airconditioning. Quiet place.

If anything, bathrooms could use an update. Lights in the livingroom are very white.
