Lokalizacja, łatwość zameldowania.
Godziny zameldowania jak i wymeldowania. Uważam że zameldowanie o 15 jest za późno, powinno być wcześniej. Kolejna rzeczą no to łazienka, jest przestrzeń przez co woda się wylewa i podłoga jest mokra. Warto to poprawić.

Dobra lokalizacja, nowoczesny wystrój apartamentu, informacje w mailach dotyczące zameldowania (jasne, czytelne).
Kurz, mole w pokoju, bardzo mały pokój w porównaniu do zdjęć. Smród palonej marihuany i papierosów w całym domu, brudna łazienka. Brak kultury i poszanowania części wspólnej przez innych wynajmujących. Przytkana umywalka i prysznic w łazience, zapach wilgoci w łazience.

Naprostá spokojenost
Měli jsme auto, parkování bylo pohodlné. Systém předání taky ideální pomocí kódů. Všechno čisté, nové, pěkné, funkční. Pokoj je útulný a opravdu malý, což je ale jednoznačně řečeno. Malý je také prostor na společném záchodě. Je to opravdu kousek pěšky do historického centra. Celkově jsme byli velice spokojení.
