Lokalita byla prostě skvělá, pár kroků od moře, v dosahu obchodu i zastávky MHD. Navíc dobré výchozí místo pro výlet na útes. Apartmán byl čistý, udržovaný. Díky tomu považuji za velmi dobrý poměr cena/výkon. Personál rychle a ochotně řeší jakýkoli případný problém.
Dům je hodně starý. V apartmánu je vidět, že se hostitelé snaží ho udržovat hezký a čistý, i částečně vybavený (olivový olej, čistící prostředky...). Hodně chybí balkón či terasa, není tam ani žádný společný prostor pro trávení času venku, naštěstí je to jen cca 20 m k městské lavičce a dalších 50 m na promenádu k moři.
