Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Appartement, gute Lage für Unternehmungen im Inselwesten. Ruhige Wohnlage in Seitenstraße, sehr gutes Internet.
Problematisch einzig die Schwierigkeit mit Warmwasser. Die ersten beiden Tage stand nur Kaltwasser zur Verfügung und trotz mehrerer Rückmeldungen gab es zunächst keine Besserung.

We stayed for three nights. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, comfy bed, nicely decorated. Loved the living room with an electric fireplace for a cozy feeling. A cottage feel inside. Can see myself staying there for a long time. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Street parking was easy to find at the time we were there. Great location close to Sete Cidades. Pick up groceries in Ponta Delgada on your way (if you are coming from that direction). Hot water initially took a long time to come in so I thought there was no hot water. Host was quickly responsive, coming over immediately she turned on the shower until it ran hot. After that it took about a minute for hot water to come. Moral of the story, the hot water is there, just takes a bit of time to come through.

Die Lage ist super, wenn man den Westen der Insel erkunden möchte, man ist schnell in Sete Cidades.
Parken kann man an der Straße vor dem Haus, wir hatten hier keine Probleme während unseres Aufenthaltes.
Die Kommunikation mit Paula, der Eigentümerin, die mit ihrer Familie im hinteren Teil des Hauses wohnt, war gut. Wir konnten sie immer erreichen bei Fragen. Auch der Check-in nach Mitternacht verlief problemlos.
Für alle, die nur mit Handgepäck reisen, wichtig: Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife sowie Bade- und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung.
Die Küche scheint auch gut ausgestattet zu sein, jedoch haben wir diese nicht genutzt.
Für kältere Nächte ist sogar eine kleine Heizung zur Verfügung.
Es gibt zwei Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben:
Leider riecht man im Haus die hohe (Luft)Feuchtigkeit, die auf der Insel herrscht. Wir haben versucht, so oft es ging, zu lüften. Vielleicht kann man hier noch etwas optimieren.
Das Bett ist für zwei Personen unserer Meinung nach zu klein. Für 1-2 Nächte vielleicht okay, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es nicht sehr komfortabel. Ein neues, größeres Bett würde den Aufenthalt gemütlicher machen.
Im Haus ist es zudem teilweise etwas hellhörig, wir konnten die Familie abends über uns immer mal hören, was aber noch okay war.

Tuvimos el placer de conocer a Paula durante la estancia, super atenta y amable. Totalmente recomendable, la casa estaba muy bien ubicada para poder ver la zona oeste de la isla, de fácil acceso y muy cerca tanto de sete cidades como de mosteiros.
Nada que decir, todo perfecto
