Casa 4 Estações

Nos gustó la ubicación y que la casa disponía de todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. También nos gustó la amabilidad de la anfitriona, Sonia, que estuvo en todo momento pendiente de cubrir nuestras necesidades y asegurase de que estábamos a gustoo. De hecho, se nos acabó la bombona de gas y en menos de media hora, vino a traernos una. La casa, muy limpia. Recomendable.

El olor a humedad de la habitación principal y que la calle de la vivienda es algo peligrosa para transitar porque los coches van muy rápido, pero nada que con precaución, sea un peligro.

Very clean. The host was helpful and kind, the apartment was large and had all the necessary equipment, and everything was functioning properly. The kitchen was very well equipped, with a lot of items that are uncommon in rental apartments. The double AC in the kitchen and bedroom was also operating flawlessly. Well located — a shopping mall and some local restaurants are within a few minutes’ walking distance. The airport and Ponta Delgada center are also close by — around 10 minutes by car.

I'm not sure if this is a common issue in the Azores or not, but there was a lot of humidity in the apartment, and we had to use the AC all the time to dry our clothes. The apartment is near the airport and Ponta Delgada city, but the street itself is very inconvenient to live on — there are no sidewalks, and the street is narrow, so you have to watch out for cars all the time. Also, the street is practically a meter away from the apartment, so the noise is noticeable. There is not much light in the apartment, with just one window in the bedroom and no windows in the living room/kitchen.

La ubicación, tiene parking al lado, supermercado al lado. El apartamento en general es muy completo y cómodo.

Los vecinos de arriba son muy ruidosos.

Muito bem equipado, e tudo bem limpo.
