Ottima posizione. Alloggio arredato con gusto e molto spazioso e confortevole. Eccezionale vista dal terrazzo. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile

The apartment is well equipped, very spacious and close to the city. The rooftop view is indeed amazing and we spent a lot of time there at night.

First, air conditioning should be improved. There is air conditioning only in 2 out of 3 bedrooms, in the 3rd being only a fan with ice/water, which obviously doesn't really make the room cold enough. There's no air conditioning in the shared spaces. Second, very important - shower. There is only one shower in the apartment, which is actually in the whirlpool. There is a second bathroom but it doesn't have a shower. So, get ready to queue for the shower if you're 4+ people and come back after the beach to wash the sand off. A second shower is definitely needed. Third, safety for getting on the rooftop. The stairs to get there are really dangerous, and they don't have a handrail, so it's always stressful to get there or watch others do it. The elevator is also quite small and can't get all the group up at once, but this is ok, and I know it can't be changed. But for the 3 upper points, the host needs to invest a bit to level up the experience.
