The wait for the buggy is too long sometimes. If the weather is not too hot, I don't mind strolling from the unit to the lobby. It takes about 7-10mins.

Have to wait very long to get buggy. No desk phone or phonenumber provided in the villa to call lobby for buggy.

The villa over the water is perfect - the unit was quiet and the view excellent!
I didn't realize that the unit was not part of the hotel and that it was privately owned, if the website was clear about this, it might have influenced my booking preference.
The big issue with the unit is that there were no spoons for coffee/tea, only 4 coffee mugs. And unlike hotel rooms, complimentary coffee, sugar, tea/milk was not provided.
There were also "old/dirty" socks in the main bedroom cupboard.
