Very new and high quality rooms with a nice view.
It was very difficult to find the entrance and checking in was very sketchy. I also didn’t know we needed to provide a cash deposit at the time we arrived. We got our cash back, but it was very sketchy.

I like comfy cosy room setting, wooden bath spa design, comfy bed and soft pillows, outdoor pool and kids playground, security downstairs on point,, convenience store 20m away downstairs, shopping mall 30m away, good for a nice quick stay before flight home, 17mins from KLIA 2 airport, projector for TV was a different change, free wifi, toilet paper in abundance, filtered hot water, two fans and air con a bonus. Easy checkout...places to eat or have coffee close proximity, communications through whatsapp, day prior or within time frame
Wasn't any shower extract fan, no balcony, thats minor stuff though...

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartament war sehr angenehm. Das Apartament entsprach genau den Fotos, war sehr sauber und verfügte über eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Bett war bequem.
In der Nähe befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum, das bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist, mit einem Supermarkt und einigen kleinen Restaurants.
Es wurde nur eine Nacht in dem Apartament verbracht, da es sich in der Nähe des Flughafens befindet (ca. 15–20 Minuten mit dem Auto). Grab ist problemlos verfügbar und bringt zum Flughafen.
Einen Tag vor dem Check-in muss eine Kaution in Höhe von 200 MYR online überwiesen und ein Foto des Reisepasses geschickt werden. Erst danach erhält man die Informationen zum Zugang zum Apartament. Die Kaution wurde nach ein paar Tagen vollständig zurückerstattet.

Room
No proper communication. Very hard to find entrance. GPS not precise. No sign. No one there to meet me. Had to walk around for 30 min in the heat before a security guy saw me, picked me up and called the owner. To be fair, I had no connection on my phone but I layer found out she never replied to my messages and the instructions to find the place are very bad. It is one of the apartments in a huge building with several entrances. The picture with the pool is correct but misleading as it looks like it is a single story motel type of accommodation.
