The staff were very helpful. Getting access is straightforward, just follow the instructions and the security guard will explain parking etc. The size of the room was great, every appliance you could need was there. I was at Sepang International Circuit for a motorcycle event so this location was convenient and good value for money. KipMall is close by and there are some good restaurants inside as well as in the surrounding streets.

The pool was nice although there were only 2 pool chairs which were both broken and several broken tiles in the bottom of the pool which were sharp. It was quite close to the airport which was why we had booked. There were plenty of options for decent affordable food downstairs or at the nearby shopping centre.
Check in was terrible, we were sent information about a deposit payment we had to make, o to when we arrived that the airport and since we didn’t have WiFi after leaving the airport, we didn’t receive any check in details. The security guard called the property manager who did get us our key but she was pretty unhelpful. We wanted to use the gym but despite a message saying it had been out of order for through last 8 months, we weren’t informed about that before our stay. The bathroom also wasn’t very clean.
