    Room super large with nice twin beds and efficient AC. Large screen tv with latest apps and Wi fi. Slippers were old and used. Should have disposable ones. Nice amenities kit. Bathroom could use a towel hook. Check in office hard to find (building that said information sign. Should say Check in too. Breakfast buffet ok with Korean oriented dishes with some Arroz Caldo with beef in it. Delicious. Only water with buffet. You want coffee, you have to buy. Also, there should be coffee packs in room. None. Just a hot 🥵 pot

    We decided to extend our stay here, and I also wanted to leave another review to be fair, especially after expressing my frustrations in my previous rating. I truly appreciate the Korean manager, who personally apologized and kindly accommodated our early check-in. The staff have also been very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. While my previous concerns were genuine, I also believe their kindness and effort deserve recognition. That’s why I’m giving a higher rating this time. Thank you for your hospitality, and I hope to see continued improvements in the future!

    1/5 Stars | Very Disappointing Experience Very disappointing stay. The hotel seriously lacks proper customer service and basic amenities. We requested housekeeping, but our room was never cleaned. The staff were not attentive or helpful with our concerns. There was a hair dryer, but no accessible outlet to use it. No iron was provided, and the water heater wasn’t working either. These are basic things guests should expect from a hotel. It’s frustrating to pay for accommodation and not even receive proper assistance or functioning amenities. Overall, very poor service and a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
