    This hotel has good service, nice staff and a great location. We stayed here for 5 days but I feel like it's not enough. We will definitely come back again. But I wish the rooms were just a bit bigger and I can definitely hear the people in the next room. Apart from that, the place is perfect!

    We stayed in the family bungalow. It was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. We also tried the restaurant in the fisherman village nearby, where we could see mangroves. The hotel staff was very nice. We booked at the reception our fishing trip and a taxi driver for half a day. The surroundings were clean and green, flowers etc. The water was clean, not for snorkelling though, no fish. There was also quite some plastic pollution on the beach and it was cleaned regularly. If you are looking for an authentic holiday, quiet, no parties then that’s the place to be.

    Ko Kut Ao Phrao Beach Resort was everything that we expected it to be. Everything that we had asked for when booking was supplied. We had direct transport arranged via the ferry booking company, straight to the resort from Ao Salad pier and back again. We were surrounded by tropical rainforest in the day, and a clear view of stars at night, without light pollution. Ao Prao is,a quiet beach shared by two other resorts, without loud music or fire shows, which suited us perfectly. The service was very good, including room service. Free use of sun loungers and sun umbrellas, kayaks and life jackets on the beach. We enjoyed snorkelling next to the rocky end of the beach, seeing lots of variety of sea life. The only downside of the beach was the plastic pollution, swept ashore every day. Directly in front of the resort, this was cleared up, but wandering further down the beach meant walking amongst the rubbish, which was a very sad sight. The pier in front of the resort is an interesting attraction, with seats and hammocks. The gardens and grounds of the resort are very well kept, with lots of water Lillie's, orchids and greenery which attracts butterflies and pollinators. Ao Prao Beach Resort is not a high end resort, but a good value family budget orientated resort. Room cleaning everyday, with free water replenished and change of towels. To get to the resort, its a 45 minute songthiaw ride from the pier, which might put some people off. But it is on the most southerly beach, away from the development of the more crowded resorts, so the trip to get there and back was worth it, driving amongst the rainforest.

    Staff was great. Nood and Nu( the ladies who did massages) were great. The property is nice. The beach is very nice. The bungalow we had could use some upgrades. The shower was pretty weak and difficult to figure out hot water. The plug in had a difficult time holding our charger. Breakfast was minimal and same every morning. The location is on the south end of island and not a lot else around. Unfortunately it rained 2 of the 4 days there and were pretty much stuck there. There was also construction going on. We would probably look for a place with a little more going on around the area.
