Sadly we stayed when it was very cold in Khao Yai, only 14degrees, and as the little villas do not have much insulation or any kind of heating, we were very cold at night. It was perfectly clean inside but just not possible to have a good nights sleep when it was so cold

The rooms are decent for a family with decent amenities. Unfortunately most of the outdoor table, chairs are old. it is 300mts away from the main entrance, so food and beverages are not available in walkable distance after 6pm..
