    It need good bright sign post to show entrance to hotel from main road, we drove back to hotel in night time very dark, not much light on road, and we missed to turn to entrance to hotel. If you not come out during night it's OK, you would need. careful to find a way to hotel from main road night time.

    We checked in very late, but unfortunately the room was not properly prepared. There were hairs scattered around the room, quite a lot of dust, the towels is too old and no towels had been prepared for our child. The next day, housekeeping replaced the towels, but every towel had a very strong vinegar or chemical smell, which was unpleasant enough that we had to request another full set. Another disappointment was the birthday surprise. I had informed the hotel about the birthday when I made the reservation and it had been acknowledged. However, we only received a call late in the night, and the cake was delivered when we were already getting ready to sleep. It completely missed the moment. On top of that, the cake itself was of very poor quality and felt like an afterthought. The staff were polite, but the overall attention to detail was lacking. The cleanliness of the room, the preparation for our family, and the handling of a special occasion all fell well below expectations. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering what we expected from this hotel
