Noisy road (yes, it’s Clapham Common) Key lock number provided was wrong and took hours to gain access as owner was driving

The property is in a good location, with shops, restaurants and everything all very much on your doorstep. The shower and bathroom is really good and there is plenty of space to store clothes, fast internet too.
It’s not super clean and has elements of it that could do with an update. We were a bit disappointed with the very uncomfortable sofa and the bedding was quite flat and could do with new pillows.

Good location. Convenient for food and public transport. Working shower. Fan provided for hot weather. Check out says 9am but then said it was 10am so it gave us more time.
Floor boards all broken. No soap left to wash hands in toilet. Gave wrong instructions for key collection and checkout until morning of and by then we had left. Cleaning lady was still there at 3.30pm when check in was 2pm. No bed sheets for the sofa bed. Wifi does not work. Too hot and stuffy for the hot weather even when windows are open. Bad communication from host. Looked at the past reviews just and seems to be a common theme
