Views! Gorgeous lakefront home with lots of room for you, your favorite friends & family! This family home is minutes to town, steps to the lake. Beautiful lake décor. Enjoy lake life- Fishing, Boating, Floating, Kayaking, Bird Watching all right in your private back yard! This fully furnished home has nice appointments with a peaceful vibe. Shopping & wine tasting nearby in Lakeport, Kelseyville and Upper Lake. Private back yard with BBQ, Blackstone Griddle, Fire pit, dining and lounge areas.
Welcome to this expansive home for no more than 12 guests. As you enter the front door and step into the great room you will find 3 sitting areas. Down a flight of 4-5 stairs is a dining room table that seats 10 with lake views. Off the bright & updated kitchen is a TV room with lake views, breakfast counter & game room with 1/2 bath. Down the hall is 2 Downstairs bedrooms and 2 full baths. 1 bath is stand alone and shared off the hall the other bath has a door in the hallway as well as a door in the Jr. Suite which can be locked off.
Maximum Guests allowed is 12. There is a guest surcharge over 8 guests.
Upstairs you will find a main bedroom with a full bath and daybed. And for all the kids is an awesome bunk room with a 1/2 bath.

2nd Floor Bunk Bedroom - 2 double over double bunks. 2 twins, 1 twin trundle - 1/2 bath

Each bedroom has a Samsung Smart TV. Our kitchen as all the appliances, tools, accessories and dishes to cook up a meal.
No more than 4 vehicles allowed.
No parties or events allowed. Parties will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave property without refund.
Clearlake is a natural lake. Sometimes during certain times of the year the lake may have algae present. Algae is an unpredictable occurrence. We will not cancel your trip if algae is present during your stay.
You will have private access to the entire house. Owners closets, cabinets, one 1st floor bedroom and the garage are locked off from guests.
Due to California insurance requirements our boat dock and boat lift areas are strictly off limits and will be locked off during your stay.
