Near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel and Seven Falls

The 2-part house has the potential to be a great VRBO, particularly the front house. However, there were so many things that did not meet VRBO standards we have been accustomed to. -We had NO communication from the host even after leaving 3 messages on the site. We had to call the day before the arrival to get the key code, and the address online brought us to the wrong house.(The house is behind the address given) -The range was new but arrived with one knob. We used the range but shifted the knob. -We bought a coffee maker as none was available. -The installation of the wall AC unit was incorrectly installed (being finished as we walked in) and did not work for much of the first day and dripped water on the floor 2 others. -There was only a trash can in the kitchen, no wastebaskets anywhere else. -We bought extra towels for our own use -There were no instructions either for the stay or what to do when we left. -The television did not work as it was not connected to either cable or streaming. We were rendezvousing with family in Colorado Springs and we made due with what was available. But the host truly needs some instruction as to what to provide for guests and expectations for communication.
