This was probably one of my favorite rentals and I rent a lot. The house was very clean and a minute walk to a beautiful beach. We only for the house for a couple of days but it would have been perfect for a full week. My stepson and DIL brought our 1 year old granddaughter and they had toys and books for her. A changing table in their room also. My teen daughter had her room upstairs with her own bathroom as did my husband and I. There was an issue with the air conditioning which was resolved immediately and then worked perfectly the rest of the time there. I will say the only issue I had was with the property management company telling me that there were no beach chairs or umbrellas on site. We ended up buying several and when we got there the welcome book said we could use the ones they had. Could have saved a bunch of money. So they have beach chairs in the garage. They also have beach towels, a beach cart and umbrellas. Also, just an FYI, there are about 6 packages of coffee filters there as well. I left mine and didn't open them.
