Ricardo was excellent with communication throughout our stay. He was always pleasant and replied quickly to any questions we had. The place was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great, as we could walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. My only suggestion would be to add a microwave to the kitchen and leave some basic directions for the washer and dryer. All in all, it was excellent!

My parents and I had a wonderful, 4-night stay at this property in October, 2024. The best thing about the property is its large size - lots of space to spread out! Each bedroom had plenty of space, comfortable mattress with very nice bedding, A/C unit, and wardrobe.
We also loved how clean the property was, how safe the neighborhood nearby seemed, and how communicative Riccardo, the owner, was. The elevator is cute (max. 3 people or 2 people and baggage) and worked perfectly for our entire trip.
We walked to the Vatican for the museum and St. Peter's. It was about 15 minutes (maybe 20 on our return trip) west. We also walked to the Pantheon another day - this was also approximately 15 minutes south, across the river. We took a cab using the FREENOW app to and from the Colosseum & Roman Forum area. Agree on pricing before getting in - it should be around 25 euros each way.
We had no issues during our stay, from check in through check out, including an airport transfer arranged by Riccardo. There are several restaurants, shopping streets, pastry shops, and even a great gelato place within a few steps. The Prati area is wonderful to explore day or night and relatively quite flat to walk for Rome.
Highly recommended. One of the top VRBO's we've ever rented. Thank you, Riccardo, for a wonderful stay!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was incredibly clean. Everything was new or near new. The rooms are HUGE, especially for Rome. We had 5 visitors and there was enough space for everyone at all times. There's a washer and dryer which was a treat after walking around in 100+ degree weather. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Super easy to get an Uber to get to the sites. Grocery store close by.
We did have an issue with the water on the 1st night. A neighbor stated there was leaking in his apartment and they had to turn off the water for the night HOWEVER the way Riccardo handled it was super professional and quick. He had someone there at 8A to fix and nothing disrupted our stay. There was lovely limoncello upon arrival, which was great after a long flight. All of the AC units worked great. Very cool/retro elevator entertained my toddler every time we used it. Large TVs for nighttime entertainment. GREAT kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was lovely and so is the host.
Riccardo was super responsive and answered all questions.
