Superb 50 m² apartment in the center of Arcachon, on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a building that has retained all its charm and will seduce you with its sunny terrace, its sleek style!
Everything has been thought of to enable you to spend wonderful vacations with your family or friends with peace of mind. Just 2 minutes from the beach and close to the famous market, you're in the heart of all amenities!
The apartment is composed as follows:
- Entrance with storage space
- Living room with kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, numerous cupboards, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Senseo, comfortable sofa, TV
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140x200cm
- Mezzanine: 1 double bed 140x200cm
The spacious bathroom has a large Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer, WC, washing machine.

Quality bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided, beds will be made for your arrival, to start your stay, some Nespresso capsules, tea, condiments, some tablets for dishwasher, washing machine...
The apartment is ideally located in Arcachon, in a pedestrian street. All shops, restaurants and amenities are within easy walking distance, as are bicycle rental centers for exploring the Arcachon basin and the Dune du Pyla. The pier for boat trips to Ile aux Oiseaux and Cap Ferret is also nearby, jetée Thiers.

It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can explore the charming Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting at one of the Bassin's oyster ports, more likely the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the market 2 minutes away, (bring a container if you'd like them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!) then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla and feast your eyes on all the beauty of the Bassin d'Arcachon!
Transportation
- Arcachon train station 8 minutes' walk away, trains every hour, 50-minute journey from Bordeaux
- Bordeaux airport 68.3 km (52 minutes by car)
-Underground parking at Hôtel de Ville takes you directly to Les Halles.
NB: no garage for this apartment, Halles parking 5 min away, free parking around Parc Mauresque
