Welcome to Modern City Flat Gkyzi. This charming and cozy one-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three guests. The interior is adorned with beautiful colors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The living room and kitchen area are seamlessly integrated. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave oven, ceramic cooktop, and Nespresso coffee machine, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.
The living area is tastefully decorated in a modern style, with two double sofas, a 50-inch television, and high-speed internet. Large windows lead to the veranda, where you’ll find a table with four chairs in a space decorated with flowers, offering a lovely view of the city.
The bedroom is beautifully decorated and bright, with vibrant colors. It features a comfortable king-size bed, a large mirror, an armchair, and a television. Additionally, the bedroom has its own private veranda with a view of the city.
The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a shower.
This delightful and charming apartment is conveniently located near Athens, with all amenities within close proximity, including restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, grocery shops, and museums.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
