About this apartment rental
Completely renovated to make your stay more enjoyable, this apartment is located in Varatassi str. 7, a pedestrian street next to Alexandras Avenue, near the center of Athens.
Located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator, furnished by its architect owner with an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture, it has a pleasant living-dining room, two separate bedrooms (one of which is equipped with 'a double bed 160 cm and the other two single beds), a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower 80X100.
The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Athens (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee makers, small oven and microwave).
It is located near bus lines (230, 025, 026, B5, 18, 19) that will allow you to quickly reach the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, Plaka, the Archaeological Museum, etc. On foot it will take you 20 minutes to reach the center of Athens and the tourist area.
From Athens airport, you will arrive by metro (blue line) to Ambelokipi station which is 10 minutes walk from the apartment or less than 5 minutes by bus (lines A7, B5, 14, 18, 19) that you will take at the metro exit (exit Alexandras / Panormou) until Ippokratous stop.
In the neighborhood you will find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery next to the house, banks with ATMs and many shops. Please note that pets are not accepted.
The apartment is not wheelchair accessible due to steps in the lobby of the building just before the elevator.

This is our second stay, this year and we truly enjoyed being part this neighborhood where retaurant, groceries stores, pharmacies are very close.All the tourist attractions are very accessible by metro or bus, you can even walk to most site. The host is definitely a premium host.

The appartement was well equipped with everything you can possibly needed cooking, bathroom, laundry.etc. The host always offers excellent advice, services and support to make our stay and first time to Istanbul very specialI highly recommend it
