Things to Know

This is an old farmhouse, there are no outlets in the upstairs bedrooms. Please utilize the charging station just outside the upstairs bathroom to charge your electronic devices.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Charm, town accessibility, COWS! We couldn’t have asked for better during our stay! First and foremost the hosts took it above and beyond when we anxiously called them after getting a “shelter in place” alert on our phones due to weather and tornado’s. Without question they helped us with a plan to get access to the basement if we needed to, which from the two anxious mom’s with littles in the house it couldn’t have been more reassuring. Having kiddos with us aged 2,4, and 7 the house is about as kid friendly as it could be if that is something you are considering when booking! It’s within a very reasonable amount of time on the ATV if you are coming to ride on the Cheese Trail, along with bountiful parking, it is on quite a hill so bear that in mind! That being said the VIEWS from the property are something to be cherished! Overall great stay barring the weather hindering our trail riding, will absolutely be back!
